Your case details

The answers you give in the check and the details you enter in your pack (names, policy numbers, medical details and so on) are processed by code running in your own browser and kept in your browser's local storage so you can come back to them. They are not sent to us. To remove them, use the "Clear" button on the check or pack page, or clear your browser data.

There is one small exception. To send you the right letters after payment, your browser tells our server your payment ID and which category of rejection reason you chose, such as "late intimation". We use this to deliver your pack and do not store it.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. When you pay, Razorpay collects your payment details and contact details under its own privacy policy. We can see the resulting payment record, including the amount, payment ID, and the contact details you gave Razorpay. We use it to confirm your payment, provide refunds, and meet our accounting and tax obligations. We keep those records for as long as those obligations require. Razorpay's script loads only when you choose to pay.

Usage counts

We count how many times a few steps happen each day, such as "check started". These are totals with nothing about who did them. We set no cookies, and we use no analytics or advertising trackers.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Netlify, which may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, in its logs to run and protect the service.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase personal data we hold, and to raise a grievance. Email hello@aiautomic.com and we will reply within 7 days. In practice, the only personal data we hold about you is your payment record.
