Refunds

If the claim pack does not help you, you get your money back.

• Email hello@aiautomic.com within 7 days of paying, with your Razorpay payment ID. You do not have to give a reason.
• We process the refund within 2 working days, to the original payment method.
• Your bank or card issuer usually takes another 5 to 7 working days to show it.
• If you were charged twice, or the pack did not open after payment, write to us at any time and we will fix it.

The pack is a digital product with instant delivery, so there is nothing to ship or return.
