What this is

Healthouts is a self-help tool. It gives general information about the grievance process for health insurance in India and helps you prepare your own documents. It is operated by Sheshakanth Munagapati, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

What this is not

We are not a law firm or advocates, and we do not give legal or medical advice. We are not an insurer or insurance intermediary, and we do not sell insurance or take commission from insurers. We are not part of, or endorsed by, IRDAI or the Council for Insurance Ombudsmen. We do not represent you or file anything for you, and no lawyer-client relationship arises.

Your responsibility

You decide whether and what to file. You must read every document before you use it, make sure its facts are true, and remove anything that does not apply to you. Filing false information can harm your case and may have legal consequences. Check dates and rules against the official sources, because rules can change.

No promise of outcome

We do not promise that your claim will be paid or that any complaint will succeed. The figures on this site describe the system as a whole, not your chances.

Price and delivery

The claim pack costs ₹999, one time, including any applicable taxes. It is a digital product, delivered on screen immediately after payment, and it can be reopened with your payment ID. Each purchase is for your own claim.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from your use of Healthouts is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
